Essentials: Essentials has no Integrations concerning Data In or Data Out. (Zapier access is included)
Professional: Professional will send Data out to Calltools but will not receive Data back from CallTools without the use of Zapier (Which is an extra cost).
Business: Can send data out to Calltools and can receive Data Back in Updating your data real time as you call through prospects.
Note: Something to keep in mind, We currently have a direct Integration and a good working relationship with CallTools. In all technicality we can Integrate with any platform that allows Zapier as a Trigger. REISift is only an Action in Zapier so you can update data through the Trigger.
